Smallee is one of the most prolific goal scorers of the team. He is young, agile and passionate about the game. He feels proud when he plays well and enjoys the accolades from the crowd and his teammates. Off the field, both coach and players are worried about Smallee’s deteriorating health. He parties too hard and is spending a lot more time sleeping rough rather than returning to the shop front where he sometimes sets up a tent to sleep in. Smallee originally comes from Niger. He went to live in Nigeria where he first saw people playing soccer with their hands. He started playing there but fled to Ghana when the authorities started arresting beggars. He has been hustling and begging in Accra for four years.
